Those who complete the entire survival challenge receive a final lesson from the master himself in Iga City, Japan, the legendary home of the ninja.

1. Dig Deep to Survive

Dropped into three brutal environments - a frozen glacier, frigid swamp, and wind-battered mountainside - nine modern-day warriors try to survive using the lessons of the Ninja.

2. Over the Edge

Pushed to their limits on a barren, battered island, the nine survivalists are desperate for food, water and fire. The brutal conditions send one warrior to a breaking point.

3. Hell in High Water

Rafting through frigid, mountain rapids tests the survivalists' will and ability to work together. A brutal injury could take one of the warriors out of the challenge.

4. Drop Zone

To cross a ninety-foot vertical gorge, the survivalists must work together to build a rope bridge. One warrior has to overcome a debilitating fear to complete the challenge.
