Haoyu, a rookie debt collector, is sent to extract money from Chen Xi, a broke debtor in a cramped Osaka flat.

2. It’s So Difficult to Get Along With, but So Sweet.

Haoyu and Chen Xi’s uneasy alliance deepens as they navigate their predicament. Chen Xi, still broke, tries to charm Haoyu into leniency, revealing more about his past heartbreak.

Haoyu and Chen Xi's dynamic shifts as they grow closer while hiding from the loan shark’s enforcers. Chen Xi opens up about his ex’s betrayal, stirring Haoyu’s empathy, though he tries to maintain his tough facade.
