The Faraway Paladin
In a city of the dead, long since ruined and far from human civilization, lives a single human child. His name is Will, and he's being raised by three undead: the hearty skeletal warrior, Blood; the graceful mummified priestess, Mary; and the crotchety spectral sorcerer, Gus. The three pour love into the boy, and teach him all they know. But one day, Will starts to wonder: "Who am I?" Will must unravel the mysteries of this faraway dead man's land, and unearth the secret pasts of the undead. He must learn the love and mercy of the good gods, and the bigotry and madness of the bad. And when he knows it all, the boy will take his first step on the path to becoming a Paladin.

Seasons
Born into a new world after a life of stagnancy, Will awakens to the faces of a skeleton, a ghost, and a mummy. Living in the ruins of a city long fallen, the three raise Will as their own. The skeleton— Blood—teaches him to fight; the ghost—Gus—teaches him magic; and the mummy—Mary—teaches him religion and responsibility. Most importantly, they all teach him love. As Will grows up and learns about the world he was born into, he prepares for the day when he must finally set out on his own. For Will, this journey includes a lifelong promise. At their coming-of-age, every adult is required to swear an oath to the god of their choice, with the strength of the pledge affecting the degree of their sworn god's blessing. With his departure approaching, Will must prepare to accept the truth of his undead guardians and embark into a world that even they don't know the state of. Will discovers, however, that every oath must be fulfilled, one way or another.

The Faraway Paladin has its three first episodes explain to you the deep lore of this world, why you should care about it and how amazing it can be.
Then it becomes a disaster, it destroys any possible interest you could have with the world and characters, the scenarios from beautiful landscapes get degraded to gray and brown uninspired blocks of dirt that stay for far too long as if trying to steal time from your life. The animation becomes this PowerPoint slideshow with slow uninspired battles that drag for far too long. And when he's not fighting, he is being a little wimp about everything.
When you spend most of the time trying to not fall asleep you know it's complete garbage.
I would never recommend this show to anyone that values their time.
2/10 If you need pills to sleep instead watch this, it will do the trick.
You've reached the end.
