While working from home on a college paper due to a pandemic, Beverly gets contacted by a mysterious stranger.

After being contacted by the mysterious stranger, Nevin, Beverly turns to her tech-savvy brother, Frank, for help.

A call from mom distracts Beverly, but the mysterious stranger, Nevin, isn't gone.

After accepting Nevin's message request, Beverly starts to wonder if it was a good idea.

Even with his tech background, Frank, and his band of "hacker" friends, can't figure out how Nevin is able to repeatedly reach out to Beverly.

Nevin finally tells Frank and Beverly how he is able to reach out to them, and it will turn their world upside down.

Messages from Nevin continue to terrify Beverly and Frank, as they try to piece together what everything means.

Beverly and Frank get news from Nevin that they didn't expect. But through it all, they find that there is still hope for the future.
