1. When Ostriches Take Flight

Mary and Flo travel to Calgary to help Florence LaDue, the founder of the Calgary Stampede, track down the newest performers in her showcase: two rope dancing ostriches. Mary will have to overcome her fear of strange animals in order to ensure that Florence's show will go on.

Mary and Flo travel to the Canadian National Exhibition to help Helen MacGill, the first female Judge in B.C. track down her industrious and intelligent daughter Elsie MacGill before Helen misses her big court case. Flo learns about listening to your friends while searching for Elsie who will one day become Canada's first female engineer.

Mary and Flo travel to the Yukon to help Anna Dexter, the first female radio host in Canada, discover why her radio signal has stopped and get her back on the air all the while dealing with creatures both real and legendary. Mary and Flo will learn that there is nothing to fear, but fear itself, oh, and Polar Bears.

Mary and Flo travel to the Yukon to help legendary prospector Lucile Hunter locate her lost treasure. Mischievous mules, busy beavers, mistaken minerals and a lesson in friendship all combine to make this a unique treasure hunt indeed.

Mary and Flo take to the rails to help Edith Monture find her lost medical bag before the train reaches it's destination and Edith has to help deliver a baby. It's mystery on the rails as Mary and Flo move from train car to train car, following the clues and learning the value of being calm, leading them to a magical conclusion indeed.

Mary and Flo travel to Nanaimo, British Columbia to help Jean Wong (who will one day become Jean Lumb), find the missing dancing Lion costume, the pride of the Chinese New Year parade. Jean may only be ten years old but no one knows their way around Chinatown like Jean.

With dangerous bridges, intelligent Donkeys and snarky squirrels this may prove to be L M Montgomery's greatest adventure yet.

Mary and Flo travel to Baffin Island to meet Pitseolak Ashoona who will one day become a famous Inuit artist. The three women must decipher a cryptic message and locate a stranded sailing ship. Over frozen land wrought with sled crashes, wild beasts and a pigeon with an eye patch, Mary and Flo find high adventure at the top of the world.

Mary and Flo travel to Quebec to help Frances McGill, the first woman to work with the RCMP as a forensic scientist, to help her track down stolen barrels of pure maple syrup. Mary and Flo find themselves in a sticky situation until they learn the value of working as a team.
