This week Joel and Nish venture to meet the Massai Warriors of Kenya.

Comedians Joel Dommett and Nish Kumar arrive in China to learn the way of the Shaolin. Joel embarks on his Kung Fu training, while Nish tries to find a way to replace Joel's vanity with Zen.

4. Tarahumara Mexico

Joel and Nish venture to Mexico to the land of Tarahumara; the legendary tribe people of north-western Mexico who are renowned for their long distance running ability, which Joel will attempt to achieve.
