The son of controversial district attorney Catherine Hampton is kidnapped and the C-16 is called into action. Rookie agents Mal Robinson and Amanda Reardon get a good chance to prove themselves.

A famous radio host is held hostage at the radio station by an unbalanced man who threatens to detonate a bomb. Olanksy is assigned to mediate.

The Sandman, a famous assassin, arrives in town to make a hit at an important conference. Annie must try to stop him but the she has no idea who the intended target could be.

The team investigates a series of bank robberies which appear to be committed by teenagers. Meanwhile, former undercover agent Nick Tulli has difficulties adjusting to the real world again, and Amanda is assigned to help him.

The C-16 team pursue a band of traffickers. Di Rado infiltrates the band in an attmept to stop a money laundring operation.

Nick Tulli is murdered and Olanksy gets his hands full trying to solve the case.

The C-16 team receive news of a bomb threat at the Los Angeles airport. Robinson and Stoddard must take on the dangerous assignment.

The team make a raid on during a heroin delivery at a warehouse but things are complicated due to the fact that Robinson's brother is involved in the drug deal. Meanwhile, Annie's ex-husband is making the custody battle extremely hard for her.

Stoddard tries to dismantle an international network of prostitution. He is helped by Rita, a beautiful girl who knows the names of the people implied in this illegal traffic. But Rita wants something in return...

Lutzhin, the thug presumed responsible for Nick Tulli's death, is out of jail and Olansky is determined to nail hilm. With the help of Tulli's guilt-wrecked ex-mistress Laura, Olanksy sets a trap.

Former mobster Tommy LoBianco is brought to the C-16 base to discuss his impending testimony in a mafia trial. In the middle of this, a terrible blizzard strikes.

Olanksy barely escapes an attempt on his life. Powerful mobster Harry Negretti appears to be behind it, and Olanksy gets into a conflict with his worried 17 year-old daughter when he insists on going after Negretti.
