Alles Malan is a family drama that plays off in the Paarl just outside Cape Town. Derik and Brenda Malan are the head of the family. Their first born son, Frik returns after 8 years from England to take over their family business from his father. His wife, Tessa, and their two teenage kids accompanies him, but each has a challenge of their own.

1. Episode 1

Frik and Tessa return to South Africa from England to take over Malan Transport. Back in SA, their children also face personal challenges.

2. Episode 2

Frik has to hide the shenanigans from Malan Vervoer's books. Elani and Freek start a new school year. Tessa has to decide between work and family. Derik is admitted to the hospital.

3. Episode 3

It's Valentine's Day and Johan asks Elani out, something Tessa is not happy about. Nico fails in his interviews. Freek tries to win Karli's heart.

4. Episode 4

Derik is trying to find a new goal in life. Elani must end her friendship with Johan. Nico starts his job as a coach at the high school and bumps heads with one of the rugby dads.

5. Episode 5

Malan Transport is selected for an audit. Frik plays open cards with Tessa. Elani has to tell Johan about her pregnancy. Nico puts his and Lee-Anne's wedding plans under pressure.

6. Episode 6

It's Brenda and Derik's 40th wedding anniversary. Derik decides on a big photo session of him and his children. Frik must make difficult decisions to save Malan Transport.

7. Episode 7

Derik and Frik struggle to keep Malan Transport going, while Brenda begins to uncover the truth about the fraud. Nico and Lee-Anne's relationship begins to falter.

8. Episode 8

Conflict between Derik and Frik reaches breaking point when Derik decides to take over the management of Malan Transport again. Nico runs into an old school friend.

9. Episode 9

Frik and Tessa must find a new place to live, and Derik considers selling the family home. Nico struggles to move on. Elani attends the matric farewell.

10. Episode 10

Frik's former boss comes to visit and offers Frik a job. Freek wants to meet his biological mother. Peet comes to visit and confronts Derik about all his failures.

11. Episode 11

Two important dates in Elani's life collide. Freek and Tessa are stuck about his biological mother. Frik and Derik want to convince a new client to join Malan Vervoer.

12. Episode 12

Freek and Tessa meet his biological mother. Elani's ex makes his appearance from London. Nico tries everything to convince Lee-Anne that he is the man for her.

13. Episode 13

The Malans celebrate Christmas and Elani struggles to choose between her love for Johan and Allen. Derik's health is failing and Brenda is terrified that she will lose her husband.
