This anime tale set in a dystopian near future finds a corrupt regime in control as it first persecutes and then exploits those with extrasensory skills, harnessing their special talents to create more effective weaponry. Luckily for psychic Keith Evans, he escapes from custody and in time finds an ally in young Burn Griffiths. When Keith sacrifices his freedom to save his new friend from the government, Burn sets off on a quest to locate Keith.

The one-night-only special live stage event "RAY'Z MUSIC LIVE-STRAHL" held on September 9, 2022 at SELENEB2 in Shirokane-Takanawa, featuring songs from Taito's iconic shooting game "Ray" series, was fully recorded. The performers are Taito sound team ZUNTATA, former ZUNTATA member and DJ, COSIO, the creator of the RAY'Z series soundscape, TAMAYO, and vocalist Cyua's tribal techno unit "BETTA FLASH". The genre-defying performances of these artists will usher in a new era for the RAY'Z sound.

Kusakabe Renji, a young man working at a game centre, sees an English girl named Lily Baker playing a crane game on Valentine's Day. Seeing her fail repeatedly to win a prize, Renji can't help but take action. The day after Lily finally gets her plushie, Renji receives an unexpected message from her that reads, "Be my valentine!" What started as a misunderstanding leads to cultural exchange!
