Five former Spanish spies, who, decades ago, participated in a secret operation in Colombia, are assassinated at the same time in different parts of the world.

Now with Mugaritz, the Valencian will document what happens behind closed doors in this restaurant and record the creation process, conceptualisation and commentary of the dishes, but not the making of the dishes themselves. Because the creation of Mugaritz is more to do with expressing ideas through food than with the cuisine itself, according to its creators.

Set in the present day, but with echoes of the Cold War, this spy thriller delves into the unknown world of "El Centro" - National Intelligence Center of the Spain (CNI). The plot begins with a murder that uncovers an international operation by the Russian intelligence services and leads the CNI members into a race against time to dismantle it, while also trying to uncover a traitor within their ranks.
