Occupied Croatia, 1991. An army major reluctantly agress to take care of a cow that's been left for dead in a recently abanndoned building, however, taking care of the creature reveals deeper truths about the human nature to him.

Three friends, Jelena, Ana and Zorka meat three days before 20-year's high school reunion. Ana lives in a neighboring country, she's a biochemist and she has diagnosed (correctly) herself with breast cancer. Fuki their best male friend, never moved from their hometown, lives with his high-spirited grandmother, and occasionally gets involved with dubious people and business schemes. Each of the ladies used to be in love with Fuki at some point in their lives, but after all, they remained best friends. In three days, they all have a great challenge: to help Ana find the money for the operation. They will have to go through serious soul-searching, in order to find courage and strength to bring out the best and most noble in them. Breasts define all of them, not only as a metaphor.

Hana, a shy sweet sixteen, is secretly in love with Mario, a schoolmate and half of popular youtube duo Luka & Mario. Hana observes the shoot in which Luka accidentally hurts Mario. Hana helps Mario with the wound, and gets invited to go with him and Luka to a lake where they will shoot a solar eclipse tomorrow.

Gina was a Montenegrin girl who had become a political prisoner in the 1950s in the ex-Yugoslavia. The story follows Marina, Gina’s niece, on her way to the prison she is visiting for the second time – the first time as a baby seen in a photograph and now as an elderly lady. Together, we are bringing the female side of the Yugoslavian camps, and questioning how many generations it takes to overcome a trauma.

On the eve of his 25th birthday, Viktor, a young theatre directing student, spends a premature celebration night with his roommate and childhood friend Jimmy (25). As the alcohol flows and the mood lightens, memories of their shared youth resurface – both the joyful and mischievous moments, as well as the unspoken ones. While Alex (24), Jimmy’s girlfriend, is attending an art exhibition, the two friends cross an invisible line, once again testing the boundaries of their relationship. The morning before Viktor’s birthday brings no resolution – only the weight of a truth that threatens to unravel the very foundation of their friendship. "When Friends Part Ways?" is, above all, a film about coming together – before falling apart.

The animated film "The Little Man in a Big Coat" deals with the theme of child poverty by looking at the man through the character of the child lost in the world of crowds and the noise of a large city with busy, large roads and huge buildings. The inability to understand the world that is constantly passing in front of his eyes and the dependence on that world.

It employs stereotypical opinions on the two genders, fragments of conversations and singing illustrated with images derived from Balkan tradition. Intertwining scenes of individual stages of human life, from birth to death, emphasize the power of patriarchy, so well-engrained in the system.
